Cloudberry, LLC offers a 14 day return/exchange policy from the date of the purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as perishable goods.
Additional non-returnable items:
Handmade Book with obvious signs of use
Custom made/Personalized merchandise
Downloadable software products
Downloadable Digital Media
Please include packing slip that was included in the shipment.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
A confirmation email will be sent once the return is received and inspected.
A secondary email will sent to notify the customer if the products failed inspection.
Once approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (the days is dependent on the bank's processing time this can take up to two weeks)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In the event of a late or missing refund, the customer must reach out to their bank or credit credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sales items do not qualify for refund or exchange. All sales are final.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange is needed, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photos of the defective item and we will coordinate an exchange for the same or similar item of equal value.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly, a gift credit for the value of the return will be issued. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or snail mailed, whichever is more convenient.
Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser in all other instances.
The customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs on returned items.
We encourage to track the shipments to ensure all merchandise is received back to the seller.
